Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery on eligible items, freight prepaid, with prior written authorization. Contact us before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items: All draperies, carts, and any custom or modified products.
Condition requirement: Items must be unused. Used products are not eligible for return.
Restocking fee: A 35% restocking fee applies to all returned hardware items.
We do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order and handle every request on a case to case basis. Please contact our office for further assistance.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 2 business hours of purchase, during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST). Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled. Requests submitted outside of this window are subject to our standard return policy.

Disclaimer: Pipe and Drape systems must not be stored or used in situations where tipping or falling could result in injury or property damage. Base plates are heavy-duty steel components intended for industrial use; handle with care. The use of protective gloves is strongly advised. Proper storage and set up practices are the responsibility of the purchaser; we assume no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper handling or storage of these components.
Fire Safety Compliance: All drapes meet fire code regulations. Fire marshals may inspect public venues—each drape has a fire-resistant tag, and flame certificates are available upon request.
