HOW TO SET UP PIPE AND DRAPE

The Foundation

All crossbars layed out by lead
All base plates and pins are screwed in
Base plates and pins are lined by lead or assigned by lead
All uprights are put up ( make sure the top is lifted higher and not stuck)
Drape is dropped by lead
All drapes are sleeved

GOING UP

Get on ladders next to the upright unless its a 7'-12' or 7'-17'
Hand crossbar with drape to the crew members on the ladders
Distributes the ruffles on the cross bar
