Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery on eligible items, freight prepaid, with prior written authorization. Contact us before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items: All draperies, carts, and any custom or modified products.
Condition requirement: Items must be unused. Used products are not eligible for return.
Restocking fee: A 35% restocking fee applies to all returned hardware items.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 2 business hours of purchase, during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST). Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled. Requests submitted outside of this window are subject to our standard return policy

How long does delivery take?
Orders enter production within 1–4 business days, then ship from our USA facility. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the order date. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have a tight deadline, call us directly at (877) 931-8424 and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What's included in each kit?
Every kit includes everything you need for a complete setup — uprights, crossbars, weighted bases, and drape panels. Nothing sold separately, no hidden add-ons. The 10ft kit includes 1 crossbar, 2 bases, and 2 uprights. The 20ft includes 2 crossbars, 3 bases, and 3 uprights. Larger kits scale accordingly.
Is the fabric actually flame retardant
or just treated?
Our fabric is Inherently Flame Retardant (IFR) — meaning the fire-resistant property is permanently built into the fiber itself, not applied as a surface coating that wears off over time. It meets NFPA 701 standards required by most professional venues, churches, schools, and event spaces. You can request a certification document if your venue requires one.
Which fabric should I
choose — Polyester, Premier, or Velour?
Polyester is our most popular — wrinkle-resistant, durable, and ideal for repeated use at trade shows and corporate events. Premier has a thicker weave and richer drape — noticeably more upscale under event lighting, best for weddings and upscale venues. Velour is the premium choice — deep texture, rich color, absorbs light completely with no reflections. Used for TV productions, broadcast sets, and high-end stages. All three are IFR certified.
How long does setup take and do
I need tools?
No tools required. The system uses telescoping uprights, simple clamp connectors, and pre-labeled components. A full setup — including hanging the drape — takes most crews under 30 minutes. Any team member can do it, regardless of prior experience.
How long will the kit last?
Our systems are engineered for 10+ years of professional use. The heavy-gauge steel hardware is built for repeated setup and teardown, and the IFR fabric maintains its integrity and certification over time. Most of our professional clients — venues, rental companies, event teams — never replace their kits.
What is your return policy?
